1. Dividends received was ~S$2,400 or ~S$200 per month
2. Investment portfolio increased from S$35,000 to ~S$95,000 (includes ~S$10,000 parked in StashAway)
3. Portfolio performance was better than SPDR Straits Times Index ETF
